Panel air filters with pre-filter
Pre-filters are used for panel filters in high dust conditions or when long exploitation period is required. Pre-filters are additional filter media made of fabric and glued to the top of panel pleats. Pre-filters are designed for preliminary air filtration. These filters are designed to trap bigger contaminants fractions allowing the main filter to remain unclogged. The result of using pre-filters is a significant improvement in absorption, which is the capacity of the filter to store contaminants that do not limit the required minimum air flow.
